Date caramel latte
A spoon of spread, hot oat milk, a shot of espresso. Stir.

Smooth, scoopable date paste. Yes, it's a jar of blended dates and yes, we're genuinely excited about it. You will be too. It's just dates. We squished Medjool dates into a smooth, caramel-sweet spread and stopped there. No added sugar, no palm oil, nothing with a syllable count. Spread it on toast, swirl it through yoghurt, or eat it off a spoon at 11pm. We're not watching.
£9.00 / 230g jar · works out at ~36p a spoon
Medjool dates. We'd pad this list out to look more impressive, but that would involve adding things, and the whole point is that we didn't.
Per 15g spoon: ~42 kcal, 10g natural sugars, 1g fibre. Plus potassium, magnesium and copper — nutrients we're contractually obliged to mention but you mostly came for the toffee thing.
Cupboard until you open it, fridge after, gone within 6 weeks (it won't last that long). If it firms up in the cold, give it a stir. It forgives you instantly.
UK orders out within 24 hours, free over £30. Don't get on with it? We'll refund your first jar and you can keep it — posting a half-eaten jar back helps nobody.
Honestly, a great question, and one we can't answer for you. But people who were sure they didn't like dates keep emailing to say this changed their mind. Maybe finish the page. Maybe don't. No pressure. (Some pressure.)
Smooth date paste. Open, stir, done. No pitting, no blending, no drama.
Dates. We triple-checked. Still just dates.
The dates handle the sweet part. They've done it for millennia.
Open. Stir. There is no step three. We checked.
Coffee, oats, baking, smoothies, spoon-straight-from-jar at 11pm.
Calling these "recipes" is generous. They take about as long as reading them.
A spoon of spread, hot oat milk, a shot of espresso. Stir.
Swirl through oats & milk tonight, wake up to dessert.
