Made from one stubborn idea.
We were tired of pitting dates. We figured everyone else was too.
It started with a smoothie.
We were trying to eat less refined sugar. Dates became the replacement, in oats, in baking, stirred into whatever needed sweetening.
Except every date recipe started the same way: pit them, soak them, blend them, clean the blender. Fifteen minutes of prep for one spoonful of paste.
So we asked the obvious question. If dates are this good a swap, why isn't there a jar of this already sitting in every kitchen?
There wasn't. So we made one.
A snack brand with roots and an opinion.

Her name is Khorshid Khanoom.
The sun with a face on our jar. “Lady Sun” in Persian. We didn’t invent her, painters have been drawing the sun this calm and this smug for centuries. We just gave her a job.
Because dates are fussy. They only grow where the sun is relentless; feet in water, head in fire, as the growers say. The fire is her. Every toffee-dark date is, technically, something she slow-baked over a whole summer. You’re welcome, she says.
Same crown of rays. Same little smile that knows you’ve been hiding from her in the air conditioning.
